Companies preparing for next level of work from home

One Ghaziabad based company has asked all its WFH employees to keep their laptop’s web cam switched ON throughout the working hours. This step was taken after company received hundreds of complaints from wives of many of their employees that, in this WFH season their husbands are interfering too much in kitchen, instead of working on office stuff they are experimenting more on cooking. Komolika Joshi wife of one such software engineer wrote in her e-complaint that, she really doubts now if her husband is a software engineer, he’s cooking amazing stuff, but if he continues it will increase his expectation's level.

In an another email complain, Rita Singh writes, that her husband is a pathetic cook, if he continues to enter kitchen more often, we will run out of stuff soon and will have to break the lock down and go to the police. Technical HR of the company confirmed this development, assured that soon there will be updates in web cam app to check, how often the resource is missing from his desk, sleeping or not moving even one pixel.
