King of good times in India, liquor baron dr Mallya finally tightening screws on Indian enforcement authorities, wanted back in the country for alleged charities and calendar photo shoots, amounting to over Rs 9,000 crore. Against his extradition, dr Mallaya has a big list of arguments, condition of Indian jails is just a minor reason for not returning to India. The other primary reasons are traffic jams, power cuts, inflation, dengue, open defecation everywhere, adulterated milk , dairy products and nursery school admission and few hundreds more.
It was initially feared that the extradition case would be deferred to 2050 for the lack of evidence and also because the Indian government could not resolve these social cultural issues before 2049 general elections.
However, now, with the government and Niyati Aayog having submitted a 2 million pages long affidavit for consideration, the Waitminster Magistrates Court said on Thursday (July 6) that the next hearing will be on May 2047 with the extradition hearings starting ASAP in August 15th 2047, so wait till 100th year of Indian Independence. As per media reports, chief magistrate Julia Rawat pushed back the dates after Mallya’s legal team wanted time to go through the execution plan report, for aforementioned concerns. King Mallya is on bail till December 2047 on which date the hearings begin, he can’t go back to India with such problems on every corner , he deserves a better livable India, says his friend Mr Subo Roy who has visited Tihar in past.

According to Mr. Robert, representing India, there was “excellent cooperation” from Mr Mallya in court, his observations and concerns were based on the real life experiences in India, the material submitted there is a prima facie case against India, how can he be kept in Tihar jail when dengue and typhoid cases on surge, unless they shift Kingfisher Villa inside Tihar premises Mr Mallya is a free innocent man.
Mallya’s nationalist comment: “Let the GOI first construct these basic facilities which they don’t have even after 70 years after independence. We will also state our case , we are in court now, I have nothing more to say but its "Sabka saath sabka Vikas”.
